Does the mydlink App work

Hi Everone please help !
I have just installed a DCS-5222l camera and I can see it from anywhere on wifi, but not on mydlink on my addroid phone.
I asked the tech guy at work and he  laughed at me and said his didn't work either . He has offered me £20 if I can get it working.
So come on guys how can I get Mydlink or mydlink + working on an Android phone with a dcs-5222l

message  always the same on both apps.... connecting.... then after a minute....  cancel or reconnect.

I presume you have set up the mydlink.com account and use the user name and PW on the set up  for the camera to get it connected to MDL.

Does the PC connect and see the camera on MDL?

If nothing is working, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

After an upgrade of IOS to V 7.1.2, my dlink lite apps does not work on my iphone 4s. It gives an error "Connection time out". Does anyone has any idea ?

I am collecting information regarding issues with certain DCS-5222L cameras and the mydlink Lite app.  If you are seeing a "Connection timed out" message on the mydlink Lite app, please respond here with the following particulars.

1) Device model number and Hardware version number (H/W). This found on box or label on the back of camera.  Some cameras may even display it as an overlay through the live view.
2) The model of the mobile device and its OS version number.
3) The version and build of the mydlink Lite App that is showing the Connection time out message.  This can be found in the About section on the app.
4) Optional: The mydlink no. Found on the label or underneath the icon of the camera after you login to mydlink.com
5) Approximate time it takes for the connection to time out from the moment you select your camera after opening the app.

So for example, please reply with:
1) DCS-5222L B1
2) iPhone 4s  iOS 7.1.2
3) mydlink Lite v 3.3.2 build 2376
4) [Optional] mydlink no. 12345678
5) Times out message usually occurs within 42 secs.

Hi I am having problem with mydlink lite apps on iphone 4S. My Ipad works fine after iOS upgrade to 7.1.2.
Please help.

1) DCS 930L. DCS 932L, DCS-5020L all not working
2) iPhone 4s  iOS 7.1.2
3) mydlink Lite v 3.3.2 build 2378
4) [Optional] mydlink no. XXXXX
5) Times out message usually occurs within 3 - 5 secs.

The main reason could be you set up the phone time manually. If you set it automatically, it shall work.
But as i know, mydlink has fixed the issue. You should be able to log in mydlink Lite even you set the phone time manually.

I have the same problems with my DCS-942L. The Mydlink-Lite application doesn't start-up. Contacted Mydlink support without any positive result. I use the application on a Samsung  S5570 Phone.

I installed again the working 3.2.4 version that I found on http://www.apk4fun.com/apk/12574/.
And its working again
