Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Our camera time is always one hour behind. I can sync the time with my phone using the app (Android version), and the time will be correct, so long as I am connected. But as soon as i disconnect the app, the time reverts back to an hour behind.
I checked my router to see if it had any time settings, and none were apparent.
Anyone else have this issue?

Is any Time Zone features correctly set for your zone?

Not sure what settings you are referring to. Where would I access these on this camera model? Via the Android App? Web site?

I had the same problem.
Go to: go to: http://CAMIPADDRESS/eng/mainFrame_debug.cgi?nav=Setup
TAB: Setup > Time and Date
Time and Date > Time Configuration
Time Zone [ SELECT YOUR TIMEZONE ]
- Enable Daylight Saving
- Auto Daylight Saving
[ ] Set DST Manually
Automatic time configuration
- Synchronize with NTP Server
[ ] NTP Server
Set date and time manually
[ ] Set Date and Time Manually
It should be fixed now.
