What modem do you have?

Is it all games or certain games? What games?

Playing on PC or console?

Might contact the game Mfr for more help and information.

Is this game played via Browser or is it an actual installed game?
Game console or PC?

Some games may require ports to be opened.

To test, put the router in DMZ to the ip address of your computer running the game. If it works, then we know it is a port issue.

Need to check ISP modem for NAT as well. Opening ports may not help if there is another router in front of the DIR router.  ::)

Its an installed PC game, and with DZM mode it still doen't start. It keeps saying server are closed (Servers aren't closed cause on hotspot mobile internet it does work. Can I check if there is ISP modem for NAT from here ?

if you have access the the DIR series router, check on the main page under Internet. Let us know if you see a 192 or 172 or 10. IP address for the WAN or Internet address coming from the ISP modem. If its a ##.##.###.### address then you should be ok and the modem doesn't have a router built in.

Sems that if one game is working and this other one isn't, maybe a game configuration or something on the PC maybe blocking this one game.

ok, 10 is a private IP address...I believe the DIR is behind a router already...the Gateway IP address similar?

You would need to put the DIR router in to the ISP Modem/Routers DMZ. I presume the modem/router combo is maintained by the IT dept?

Check with the game Mfr as well for additional help and info. Seems this maybe a double NAT issue:
Link>Double NAT (http://www.practicallynetworked.com/networking/fixing_double_nat.htm) and How NAT Works (http://computer.howstuffworks.com/nat.htm).

Let us know how it goes.
