Installing on iOS 13 devices - Issue

There are known issues installing with iOS 13. D-Link is working on an update for the mydlink app to fix this issue.

This workaround should work until the firmware fix is released.

Step 1: Tap Setting > Privacy > Enable Location Services
Step 2: Tap the side menu and tap Add a Device from the menu.
Step 3: Tap Next to scan the QR code.
Step 4: Scan the QR code.
Step 5: Power on the device and then tap Next.
Step 6: You will be prompted to join Wi-Fi network of the device.  Tap JoinDO NOT TAP NEXT.
Step 7: When you are prompted to allow the app to access location services, tap Allow While Using App.
Step 8: Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions.
