615 revb2 DHCP releasing

I have a 615Rev B2 that has this issue of releasing and doing so every few minutes.  It happens randomly every few weeks or months.  The issues is it does for days when it comes back. Then we could go without an issue for several weeks.  It has done it three times just in the time that I have typed this message.
