Lost power during firmware upgrade
« on: July 07, 2018, 05:46:06 AM »

So my device lost power during firmware upgrade and now the status led is red all the time and I can't even reset the thing.

Is it trash or can I access it through USB or any other way to flash it? :/

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email. USA support and chat 24/7 as well.
Let us know how it goes please.
