Can not access DWR-921

First to begin with,i did not find my router model anywhere.I chose to post here. Admin can move this post to anywhere he thinks it's more appropriate.

I just bought a D-Link Wireless Router DWR-921. SN: QI462E60000256. IMEI: 358725040687956.  H/W version: B1.  F/W version: V2.00
I have reached out for help to a networking administrator here in my country (Romania) and to a Vodafone  specialist(the place i bought the router for). Neither of them could help.
PROBLEM: Can not login to the router. User Name:Admin . Pass leave field empty and press Login button.It says the user or pass is not correct. Reseted the router, tried power cycle restarts. etc...and much more,whatever they were doing cuz i couldn't keep up.
Is there any other way to get past the user and password ?
The router was tested on a Desktop PC Windows 8.1 64 bit and a laptop using Windows 7 32 bit.
This page does not help http://support.dlink.com/. Apparently the router model is so new you don't have it included into customer support.
Maybe a firmware update would help. However how can one do upgrade the firmware without accessing first the routers settings.And one could get the firmware upgrade if the router isn't even in you'r data base?!
Please help me find a solution. This router is so expensive . Cost me 220 euros.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
