Hello, I'm new to the forum so please excuse if this has been asked before. I bought 2 DIR-510L's, one for me and one for my wife. The devices work on our laptops and my iPad but when I try to go to 192.168.0.1 on my iPhone or my wife's Galaxy Note after entering the password the password fades to grey in the box and nothing happens. The devices works at home but when I'm out at a restaurant and trying to use my router I don't get internet connectivity at all. I have called Tech support and he suggested connecting with another device and the link to 192.168.0.1 works fine and I can access the configuration sight but not on the phones. So I'm at a loss, Apple has opened a case on it but I have not heard back from them yet. It was my understanding that these devices were simple to set up and use. I have found that not to be the case. I have had it since Monday and I'm still having problems.
Any suggestions would be a great help.
