1. MS Xbox game consoles not acquiring a IP address from the router, wired or wireless.

2. Guest zone carries same SSID name as main SSID.

problem with some apple devices and smart connect causing packet loss. disabling smart connect and changing to 20/40 fixed the issue for me.

Is Smart Connect enabled? Try disabling it and set up different SSIDs for each radio.
What iOS is loaded on the 5c?

I haven't seen any issues with my iPhone 6P or MBP 2007. I have noticed that after SC was disabled, signal seems better.
