Can't see a LAN computer on the network
« on: September 14, 2010, 09:26:11 AM »

Hoping someone can help...

We have this router setup for our small business.  On the network we have an IVR system that handles the incoming calls, and communicates with our business computer software.  After a power failure on the weekend, the IVR is no longer being recognized on the network, and can't communicate to the other computers.

When I log into the router, I can see our other network computer LAN addresses, but not the IVR.  If I ping the IVR, I do get a response, but it still isn't accessible on the network.

Any suggestions on how to get it back on the network?

Thanks,
Mike

It seems that the IVR-port is somehow locked out, if you can ping the IVR itself. Have you performed a hard reset on the router? The infamous 30-30-30 method?
Have you checked on the port-forwarding-settings?
