Hello,

I have a WD My Book Studio Edition II connected via USB to my DIR-645 Router.
The external harddrive is running on RAID 1 and formatted in NTFS.
Unfortunately the router doesnt recognize the hard drive as a network drive but just as storage (SharePort Plus Utility).
Therefore I cannot use this drive as DLNA Server.

Is there any solution to this problem, since the DLNA server linked with the hard drive was my primary purchasing reason.

Thank you for your help!

Best,
Chris

I would contact D-Link support, maybe level 2 and tell them what you want to do and see if this is possible with one of those 3 routers I mentioned.
