DCS6620-g two-way audio not working
« on: October 26, 2010, 10:46:44 AM »

Hello all, I've been attempting to resolve an issue with a DCS6620-g that I am currently using. I am not able to get the two-way audio. Specifically, the talk/mic option does not work. I can listen to audio with no issue however I've tried using two different PC's (and MICS) with no success. I tested both of the microphones using windows audio recorder and verifying through control panel, in addition to having someone sit in the room while I'm talking through the microphones. I've also opened up the proper UDP port forwarding through a Netgear router.

In addition, I've also upgraded to the latest firmware image (1.05) to assure it is not a SW issue. Browsers used in the process are IE7 & 8 through the remote management access.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Joe
