IPTV with TPG Australia

Not sure if anyone can answer this but thought I would try here.
My ISP supplies an IPTV stream which I cannot get working with my DGL-4100. My setup is
a Dynalink RTA1320 modem in half bridge mode to my DGL-4100. I have enabled "multicast streams" on the dlink but still unable to stream IPTV. I have followed a guide here (although not specific to the dlink)

Does the Dlink support this at all?

Does this router support IGMP snooping/proxy?
