DFL-210 Configuration issue
« on: August 20, 2009, 01:44:00 PM »

Hi All,
I have some DFL-210 configuration issue
I am trying to change lan_ip from 0.0.0.0 to 192.168.0.1 and it doesn't work
It means when I hit ok button and get back to Interface addresses I see 0.0.0.0

Maybe some one can explain how I should define work with static ip which comes from cable modem and DHCP server to internal network
I found some example on disk which comes with DFL -210 but as I mentioned before I can't change the configuration and check.
The name of scenario : How to configure Transparent Mode in DHCP Network Environment

Thank you all in advance !!!

Disable DHCP client mode on the Ethernet interface and you should be able to set that IP.

Fatman,
Thank you for your reply
But , the problem is that I cannot change addresses even before I came to set Ethernet interface.

Change the Ethernet Interface first, it is a check box on the Interface page for that Ethernet Interface.  Once it is no longer set to DHCP client mode you will be able to change the IP Address Object for that IP.
