Is it possible to relay ports ? cannot find it anywhere in the GUI

Yup, use a service representing the original port, and on the SAT tab of the SAT IP Rule enter the new port number.

That looks alot like doing a nat of the service port to specifik IP.

Interfaceaddresses: mail_server 192.168.1.12

IP Rules: Smtp NAT destination Interface Mail_server

That however won't work.  There is an FAQ for a normal port forward below, though I will ask that you use Allow for the action on the second rule as well as the previously discussed change.
