Range booster

Hi,
I am using a D-Link wireless ADSL2+(D8L_G624t) router and am tryng to boost the signal so my daughter who is living in a granny flat 30m from the main house may receive the signal.
I am thinking of purchasing a "D-LINK - D-Link ANT24-0801 Directional indoor/outdoor antenna 8,5dBi H70/V70. with surge arrestor. N-female connector", will this work?
