Dlink D-ViewCam iPad App does not connect

Here is my setup:

DCS930L
Latest firmware
IPad D-ViewCam app

Server Name: DCS930L
Address:   XXX.dyndns.com
Live Streaming Port:  800
Playback Port: 800

I get a connection error - Cannot connect to server

I CAN connect by directly entering in the address bar:  http://xxx.dyndns.com:800   

What am I doing wrong?  I have tried adding :800 to the end of the address.  Tried adding http:// to the beginning of the address.  Tried adding both to address.
