Hi everybody. I would like to ask for some help. I've been using a DIR-810L router together with a modem supplied by the service providor for years. Yesterday, the service providor replaced my modem with an Arris D3.0 modem. The D-Link router is still on and connected but no wi-fi internet is provide. smartphone finds the router, connects but cannot access the internet (no internet). I tried resetting the router from the back, switchin it ooff and on, replacing cables but in vain. Can someone please provide a soultion for me. Regards to all.
