Access Point or Repeater mode?!

HI Experts,


background:
DIR-860L as main router with HIDDEN SSID wireless,  DAP-1360 to extend the signal length

which mode do i need to use therefore the SSID still manage to be hidden
A) Access Point   mode
B) Repeater       mode

What is the pro and cons

  • What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
