Hi, I have a dns 323 which has worked fine with 1 hard drive. I have just upgrade to 2 X seagate 1 tb drives in it, which I configured and formatted successfully as a raid 1 setup. All good. I have been looking at the dlink site and watching the tv about share port. I though it a good idea, but noticed in the downloads it was for firmware 1.08, and mine was 1.05. Downloaded 1.08 updated all good. except could not map drive. Reset nas 3 times, reformatted drives in raid 1 2 times. I can log into the nas but cant map drive. the only version of easy search that recognises the nas is 4.2, but that has been ongoing. Have rebooted many times.

Im running win7 and the nas is connected to a dlink dir 300 router.

What have I done???

Oh, all lights on nas and router as per normal
