boot problem

Hi
My delink nvr start beeping and the control panel is not available I cant even ping the ip……
It seems it has boot problem
How I can re flash it without access to control panel?

Power OFF or unplug the DNR from the power for 1 minute then plug it back in. Check to see if it powers ON and boots correctly.
Might try a factory reset to see if this helps.

i do that several time but nothings change
i unplag hdd and change adaptor and lan cable,push the rest swich ..... but the problem not solved
when it try to bootup lan led blinking 1 time and get off after 1 min it rest itself and it happes again and again and again

Something you'll need to contact D-Link support about. Possible the DNR has gone bad.
