I purchased a new switch (DSG 1210-52) for a already functioning (Dell Power Connect 3548), too make all ports GB at this work center with 43 active wired connections in use.

Shut down the Dell, on-site servers and associated devices, rolled all the cables (Brand new patch cables @ the switch end) over to the new Dlink. Turned it all back on (I had pre-configured the Dlink switch this office starts @ 10.10.10.1/255.255.255.0 configuration on a Netgear R8000 wireless router as the DHCP server, the Dell is 10.10.10.2 and the new Dlink 10.10.10.3, two servers @ 10.10.10.102 & 10.10.10.103 various printers wired and wireless.

Then there is the problem printers, both Konica/Minolta C554 @ 10.10.10.100 & C654 @ 10.10.10.200 and neither can be accessed via the new Dlink when they are directly wired even though they can be pinged! They do work however if I connect them back into the old Dell and piggyback them up to the new Dlink!

I only want one new working switch at this location and I am out of ideas.... Help please...:)
