Videos saves to virtual directory... why???
« on: March 29, 2016, 10:01:27 AM »

After exporting video from IE 11 files are saved in chunks and not saved in actual location. Instead files are saved in a virtual location that is in my temporary Internet files. Is there anyway to fix this?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DNR? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNRs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

Be sure to review the user manual on setting up the DNR and storage location information and configuration.
