Camera blocker with fixed red led
« on: June 23, 2016, 06:54:55 AM »

Hi guys,

I have three DCS-2332L cable connected. I have found one of three with fixed led red and not reachable via browser neither via D-Link configuration application.
I tried the reset procedure.
I downloaded the new firmware 1.7 stored on a sd ad forced upgrade. The procedure seems correct but after reset the led is red.
What can I try?
Thank you

Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

Try swapping the power adapter with one from one of the working cameras to see if this might help. Possible power adapter failure. Try swapping locations as well.

If this doesn't fix this, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
