Hi,

I'm having a lot of trouble with this product. It's a DSL-2750B version T1 w/ AU 3.05 firmware. I'm running Mac OS X 10.9 on two macbook airs, both the same model and specs. The printer is a Brother HL-1110 and yes, I have the latest drivers on both machines.

Your software doesn't work and there's no documentation on how to connect a printer to this! You've advertised the product as having USB printer connectivity, but I had to search google for hours to find anything relevant and I've only ever got one machine to connect to the printer. There's no settings on the router web settings and nothing in the included documentation. The one machine that did conned is now giving me a server connection error.

So what do you recommend I do? The printer just won't show up in the Link'n Print devices list and I can't connect to it in the native printer setup window.

Is this product still supported? Is it actually capable of connecting to a USB printer? If not, could I please obtain a replacement product that fulfills the features as advertised?

Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

Have you tried using the latest SharePort SW?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

One recommendation would be to use one of these:
