Can I use the same priority for more then one gamefuel rule

does any one know  what is the best gamefuel rule for Wow ports 6112-6114, 3742.1119. and 4000 shold i go with priority 1,1,1, and 1 or 1,2,3, and 4 for I can not put all the ports on the same rule ?

Also what would it do if i gave those port a special apps rule ?

also i do not want to  to put all ports as priority just the ones for the game
