Still having the problem. Wake from sleep and the device is dead. Not only does it not automatically reconnect, but it doesn't display any wireless networks and i have to reboot to get it to work.

I Downloaded the 1.3 driver package.
After installing, I tested it and it didn't work.

I then went in the control panel under devices for the device and unchecked the "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"
Rebooted. Put the computer to sleep. And upon wake it is still dead.

Device says i'm using 1.0.4.3 marvel driver.

I had to try it a couple times before it updated.  I had to uninstall the adapter and reinstall it with the new driver.  I would try that.

I have the exact same issue as OP.

I installed the newest drivers, but its still not working.

I also installed the Marvel Update for the newest drivers.

Any other suggestions?

Did you uninstall the adapter and then reinstall it with the new driver?  I had to do that.
