Not able to upgrade DIR-825 to latest in India

As per http://dlink.co.in/firmware/ftp.aspx, you guys have released the firmware (for India) upgrade to update my router DIR-825. However, when I upload file from my wired connection, it gets uploaded, but the time stuck on 110 seconds. I waited for 5 min assuming something must be happening but nothing happens in background
