I don't know about everyone else, but I was hoping this addressed the cellular carrier (T-Mobile) issues. Well, it doesn't fix the issue, and for me, the app flat out crashes when ever I try to view a camera.
iPhone 6
iOS 10.2.1
TMobile
DCS-942L and DCS-932

Ok, just loaded my 6sP up with it and it's working for me. However I'm on 9.3.2 iOS and ATT.
Have you removed the app from the iphone, restarted the iphone then re-install?
-
3.6.11 still latest on Android playstore.

I removed the app, rebooted and reinstalled. Same issue with the app crashing after trying to view the camera. :/

Thanks, I updated the topic to reflect the platform I'm referring to.

Ok, I've passed this on to D-Link for review. :-\

Hey DaDr00,
is this issue happening when you try to access the camera locally or remotely, or both?

Only remotely. I can view the camera locally through the app.

It's under D-Link review. Please be patient.

New app update: 3.7.1 build 2464 - same issue. App still crashes when trying to remotely view either of my cameras. :-\

Ok I'll forward this on...This maybe a issue with T-Mobile as well. Still have D-Link review it. Latest app is still working for me on ATT.

Thanks for all your legwork on this, FurryNutz. I hope that they can find a solution soon.
I'm at the point right now where I want to junk all of the DLink cameras and buy another brand! I have a specific need to view cameras remotely and this feature has not been working for me since the beginning of December 2016!

Hope they can as well. There does seem to be an issue with T-Mobile and D-Link users.
I know one work around currently is to use VPN between your phone and home. You might try this as short term solution for remote access.

Any update on this?
I have an iphone 6+ and Dlink DCS-930LB. All apps, firmware and OS updated. My Dlink Lite works fine on wifi but as soon as App tries to connect via tmobile LTE the app crashes and goes straight to iphone home screen. For awhile it gave an error message (string of numbers). Several weeks ago there was a carrier settings update and/or an app update (not sure, maybe both) and the app worked fine for a week or two on LTE. Now it's not working again.
I've researched nets and someone mentioned tmobile changing from IP4v to IPv6 might be the issue. Is this a Dlink issue or a Tmobile issue? After several threads Dlink must be aware of this but I've found no definitive solution.

This is exactly the issues that I'm experiencing too. I upgraded to iOS 10.3.1 hoping that might fix things, but it is still broken. If you have called into DLink support, please list the case number if possible, it will help the forum mods track the issue.

I installed 10.3 last weekend on my 6sP and tge MDLapp is working. No crashes.

Still having issues with this.
My Dlink case number is C6961856. They've suggested I log out of app and log back in and video should work. I've tried this in addition to deleting app, restarting phone and re-downloading app but neither has fixed the issue. Wondering if this is a regional thing with Tmobile (I'm located in San Diego, CA).

Are implying the camera network settings listed in this post: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=54322.msg230931#msg230931 ?

Do those settings work?
