Title: Blocking Ports?

I have a Internet Radio Station server located in our basement that I recently moved and now connecting via a set of DHP-306AV network links.
My question is do these boxes block any ports by default? The server is pulling a static IP from the router. How would I set this up so that port 80 is channelled correctly to the server? I can't find any information on DHP-306AV IP addresses, if it has it's own.
