Title: DGS-1210-48 VLAN Question : how to attribute an IP to the VLAN
Post by: sniijz on August 13, 2014, 02:35:13 AM
Hi everyone.

I just got a new D-Link DGS-1210-48 Websmart in my work, and i am trying to configure it in order to replace an old HP Procurve 2626.
I just created 4 new VLANs, and activated the untagged ports i need.
The problem is i don't find on the web configuration interface how to attribute a different IP address for each VLAN.

For example :
VLAN 1 in 192.168.160.x
VLAN 2 in 10.37.x.x
...

Is it possible to do that on the web configuration interface, or only in the CLI mode?

Appreciate any guidance
Best regards.

I don't think the DGS-1210-48 supports multiple IPs, which shouldn't be a big holdup, since it doesn't route either (which your HP could).
