NETFLIX Integration
« on: July 07, 2008, 03:03:10 PM »

Are there any plans to support Netflix streaming service?  If so, when?  If not, please consider this post as a product suggestion/request.  Netflix is currently marketing a Roku device to attach to the TV, for direct streaming of their content.  Either software to run on the computer server, or firmware in the DSM-520, would be terrific.

No plans for NETFLIX integration but I will forward a request for an added feature. Currently MovieLink is supported with ActiveTV.

ECF, I suggest you monitor the DLink threads in the AVS forum.  There is a lot of info there.

Download PlayOn from MediaMall. It streams Netflix, YouTube, CBS, HULU, CNN and ESPN stuff. It's still in Beta, but works well!

Thanks I will give mediamall a try.

I agree they should seriously consider making the DSM-520 to work with NetFlix.

Isn't that the point?
