i do understand that the wbr-2310 is a slowly if not allready phased out router so i would like to know why isnt the firmware released under a gpl or gnu type license, this would be a great oportunity for d-link to show some open mindedness toward its conssumer and maybe give the chance to skilled user to bring maybe something new to this device wich d-link and the users would benefit from, at the same time it would show a nice toutch of PR from a big company toward the population.

i dont expect to get any positive feedback from d-link aside from maybe a mod or admin here posting an reply to my post, but ill keep my finger crossed that somrthing may come out of this constructive critisism.
