SNMP queries from different vlan/subnet not getting responses

I have zabbix running in a different vlan/subnet from the WAP. I have determined the firewall between them is not the issue.

The WAP responds to snmp queries on the same subnet, but will not respond to queries from IPs not in its own subnet.

Are there any settings I need to modify to get it to respond to this different vlan?
