I tried ordering one but they wont ship to the US. DLINK is also very lame in ceding market share to everyone. Hate to mix platforms but probably just go with Arlo Pro as the next best thing for outdoor IMO.

A number of retailers just listed it here in Canada.  Not sure why no US, they announced it at CES 2017 and that's sure not in Canada?

Lets us know how the night vision works when you get it. There's no way I'm going with the current US outdoor options offered by DLINK unless they cut the price severely. The 2330 has terrible night vision and narrow viewing angles and is their best offering in the US. It was a great cam 5 years ago but for DLINK to market this BS in 2017 is offensive to the savvy customer IMO. Gonna try the Arlo Pro as I don't feel like paying $50 for shipping from Canada and the sale is also over.

update: just recalled something. in the past, ppl from abroad have posted here about buying a cam in the us and using it abroad. the answer was the cam can be used abroad but would call into the US (or N. American) based cloud. Indeed, I've bought one for a collegue from abroad and that is how it worked. They log into the US Dlink site. The question is can a canadian cam co exist with us cams on a single us dlink account. or is the us account really a n. american account? if so, then maybe the question is moot? anyway, look forward to hear what they say.

I purchased my 2630L from US and am using it in Europe. Here is the process I had to go through to get it registered:
