Title: Wont' pan

I just unboxed my dcs-4602ev.
I hooked it up to start configuring it for this weekends install.
I am unable to get it to pan. or even auto pan.

I updated firmware.
any help.

To be able to pan, go into the camera's web UI > SETUP > VIDEO. Under the profile you are using, make the Viewing Window Area smaller than the Frame Size.

You can also zoom in from the live video screen and then it will allow you to pan.

I didn't realize this was a Digital PTZ.
