using:
- DCS-930L
- Hardware: rev A
- Firmware: 1.14.02 (2015-10-06)
to reproduce:
- antiflicker: on
- brightness: +1
- contrast: 0
- saturation: 0
steps:
- run overnight, point camera into area that will be dark
- when light source returns the image is over-saturated/blown out
notes:
- toggling anti-flicker after an overnight run - image returns to normal when anti-flicker is off but is saturated when re-enabled
- reproduceable on two units

Thank you for the information and feed back. If this configuration is something that you need, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please. I'll pass this along to D-Link for review as well.

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.

- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
