Title: DSM 310 Video incompatible mode

I set my video per the manual to Auto and when I did it made my tv say incompatible mode? Now I cant change it because the tv cant display it. I have a 1 month old Toshiba 1080P tv. How can I reset the DSM 310 to the original factory settings? It worked fine on this tv till I read the manual and set it to AUTO (the recommended setting) trying to optimize the video quality.

Please help!  :-[
