I am looking at 802.11ac routers, and I read that the current ones are not ‘WiFi Certification’ and that it is a real problem:

It seems like the initial 802.11n routers without WiFi Certification, had problems with performance and compatibility.
If this was a problem with 11n, why won’t it be a problem with the 802.11ac router now on the market?
Do you think it is better to wait till early next year to get a WiFi Certified 802.11ac router?
When will D-Link have a Wifi-Certified 802.11ac router?

Most new Wireless technology is always names Draft, due to the fact that ya, it's new and in Draft form and the standards have not been quiet been put into stone so there is some room for design improvements before everyone decides to lock the standard down. Once thats done then draft goes away and then it becomes a full fledges standard that everyone has to follow. Wireless N was the same way.
In all, it's up to you weather or not if you want to get a A/C router. You need to consider your network needs and client side support and any future needs. Do you have a need for A/C at the moment? Your devices support A/C yet? If not, how long do you think you will have a need for A/C in the future and what devices will or can you upgrade to support it. Things like that people don't think about and sometimes just rush out to get the latest and greatest and most times are wasting money and time.
Just a few things to think about.

I looked at the cert, and it is not Wifi Certified for 802.11ac, since from what I understand that testing has not started.
I am thinking about the DIR-865L, but also considering the WD Mynet N900 with Fastrack Plus technology:

Can some tell me was is the Fastrack Plus really doing?

You'll need to approach the Mfr of the WD router or visit the WD forums and pose that question about that product there.
