No audio but only from D-Viewcam software, browser and mydlink app works.

I have a DCS-935L camera, the problem is that while from the browser or from the dlink app i get sound, i have a constant hissing/static sound from within the D-Viewcam software, latest version 3.63 install on WIndows XP. I tried to reinstall program and camera, i checked/unchecked record audio from schedule. I checked/unchecked the preview audio option, still this constant hissing/static sound. When i play the recorded videos the sound is the same loud hissing/static. I repeat that from the browser Java activex i get live feed with sound, i also get sound from camera on my phone with the mydlink app. SO its obviously something with the Dviewcam software. Can anyone please help? What could be the problem?
