Title: DAP-2360 eng language???

Good morning I have two dap-2360 and used the file of the language pack contained within the upgrade firmware 2.10 believing that something will improve. But everything turned into Chinese (I am guessing I cannot understand anything)  (Please note that the website doesn't state what language is the file so I couldn't know if it's Chinese or not. ) How can i turn the language to eng now? (i have all ready try to reinstall the latest firmware 2.10) TY

• What region are you located?

Try removing the language pack from the unit using the web page. There maybe a section in the web page for FW and language pack. Review the user manual for this information as well.
