DirecTV HR22 HD DVR on Network for OnDemand

Im going to be getting DirecTV and 2 HR22 HD DVR boxes.

My whole house is wired CAT-6 and I have thd DGL-4500 Router in my Living Room and D-Link 8 Port Gigabit Switch in my office.  I plan to have these HD DVR boxes in each room.

Tonight I just posted on the DirecTV forum for more technical details and specs on these HR22 HD DVR boxes but I saw a post mention that the Network port on these boxes are only limited to 19Mbps or something..... I am still waiting on a reply on forum to find details.

Does anyone have these HR22 Boxes on their network and will it degrade the overall performance of my network for other devices while the HR22 is connected?
