Why newly installed add-ons are disabled?
« on: January 22, 2016, 04:50:44 AM »

I installed some add-ons such Xunlei from the Add-on Center. The icons appeared in My Favorite Applications area in grey and "Disabled Add-ons" in Applications page. Why? How can I enable and use them?  Many Thanks in advance.

New to NAS boxes and just bought a 340L, same here they install but are disabled.

You just need to right click and enable them though.

I have Home, Applications, Management, I select Applications where
the Enabled apps are at the top and disabled apps at the bottom.

I just right click the ones at the bottom and select enable.

Right-click over disabled add-on app icon, and select (enable).

I had the same problem. I recognize earlier version of add-ons manager was more intuitive.
