Hi,
I have problem to access my DCS-5222LB1 in iPhone (iOS 11) via Telco (4G/3G) network (I am using StarHub in Singapore). It show Config Timeout, set config timeout, please try again later (Error 0.70_2_5_E_0).
It worked fine if my phone connect to WiFi (either same WiFi as my cam, or my office WiFi). I also tested it worked fine in Android (Samsung phone), via 4G/3G too.
My CAM firmware is v2.14.4, hardware version B2, Router is ASUS RT-AC87U, I have tried to turn on the uPNP Port Fowarding.
Please kindly let me know what should I do or what is going wrong. Thank you in advance.

What application are you using on the iphone to connect to the camera? MyD-Link Lite? If so, what version of the app are you using? Be sure it's up to date.

Yes, mydlink Lite v3.8.3 build 2483 is using.

Thanks, actually logged a case with DLink Support on 27 Dec 2017, till now still no response.

I would log a case with mydlink.com as well.
