mydlink.com and camera settings access
« on: April 08, 2011, 10:31:36 AM »

I’ve had my DCS-930L for about a week now, however, I’ve been unable to access the camera or the camera settings via mydlink.com regardless of whether or not I’m on my computer connected to my home network or on my computer at work.  I continually get the following error:

Unable to access your device.
If you cannot access your device, please check that:
•   You have at least 256K of bandwidth
•   Your device is not being blocked by a firewall or an antivirus program

The STRANGEST thing is that I can view the camera just fine via the Android app and pictures are still being emailed on the schedule I originally setup.  I have not changed any settings on the camera or on my router, so I’m not sure why this has suddenly happened.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I had these same issues and had to tweak the Internet Explorer security settings to even get mydling.com to open, even before getting the login page. Also you should try Firefox brauser; I had no issues there at all!
