it is nice that you can setup 960L from scratch using phone via WIFI Direct Mode.
problem is, the direct mode will reactivate once your router is offline or router is restarting.
Is there a way to disable the WIFI direct mode for 960L? I find it as security risk because the wifi direct mode is using the default password printed on the camera.

Does the 960L not reconnect to the main host routers SSID name if the routers rebooted?
The PW on the sticker is random and is only seen in box and if you don't give that PW out, the direct mode is safe until the camera is reconfigured.

It is on a sticker on the back of the camera ;D
The 2630L sticker is on the underside of the base.
It's an 8 character alphanumeric password.

The stickers should be removed.

yes the sticker is there on dcs-960L
the sticker have all the default details - WPS pin, QR code, wifi password. It also have the model number, serial and some useful details on it.
wishlist: disable direct-mode after setup of camera
