I enabe extender function manualy now. Ssid "cam".
If i turn off router and i waiting more than 2 minute camera ssid will be "dcs-933l-last4chars of macaddress".
If i turn on router, cameras CONNECTING again to wifi but  "dcs-933l-last4chars of macaddress" ssid remains same, ssid "cam" will not be again.
Extender fuction will be unusable.

What region are you located?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

I talked to the official support. They say this is a firmware bug, they will improve in next firmware.
They send problem report to firmware developers to Thaiwan.
Cameras will look router  wifi connection, first and foremost!
I hope the problem will be solved in next firmware.

I updated my cameras to the new latest 1.13.05 firware. The problem is solved. The extender mode does not start automatically if no router signal. And the cameras can connect again if wifi router signal comes back. Thx developers!
