Firmware: v1.20 Build 01 03/28/2018 WW Region!

Problems Resolved:
1. Fix SharePort Plus utility and DLNA access
2. Update WPA2 security patch (KRACK) fix
NOTE: This version is from the EU region, however can be applied to NA region routers. if your DIR-880L router is working with out any issues, it's recommended to keep the current version of FW that is loaded unless your are effected by one of the fixes. Use at your own risk. NA region will post official FW as well.

This is a two step FW update process. Please follow the included update process instructions in the zip file. There is two FW files that has to be used to complete the update fully.

I have this firmware installed and it works flawlessly.
The Krack fix i cannot check, but DLNA intermittent problems, which i had, seem to be fixed now.
I do not know if it was there in an earlier update, but you can now add an IP-reservation from the connected clients list. Before (at least untill V1.08B04) you had to wait until a device showed up there and then you could change it's credentials.
The fix consists of 2 seperate firmware updates, which have to be done after eachother, so read the readme first and....reset first.
You cannot return to earlier firmware after this update.

I tried upgrading my DIR-880L from 1.08wwB06 to this firmware per the instructions, however, I receive an error when trying upload the first firmware file (1.10). I tried uploading the file via Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer browsers, but none worked. I then tried uploading the second firmware file (1.20) and had no problem.
Is there any risk with not being able to install the first firmware file?

Months ago when I upgraded FW to 1.08 Build 06, the "Middle" software file installed fine.
Yesterday when I upgraded to FW 1.20 Build 01, the "Middle" software didn't work. Based upon a prior post, I upgraded to 1.20 Build 01 anyways without the "Middle" software.
Just curious, what's the reason-purpose of the "Middle" firmware file, i.e. what does it do ? ? ?

The "middle" firmware basically adds encryption to the firmware. If you try updating the router with the middle file and it fails, it means the encryption has already been added so you can skip it and upload the 2nd firmware.

I tried getting this firmware today but the link only shows versions up to 1.07, whcih is LOWER than the 1.11 I already have! Is there a way to get this still?

I would like to move on from the 1.07 B08 firmware to the 1.20B02 (I am not having 'problems' per say, but patching out security vulnerabilities is important).
Flashing the firmware fails straight from 1.07B08, presumably because of the encryption in the firmware. Using the link

Please download and install the FW files for the following version: v1.20B01-01-i3se BETA
There will be two files included with in this .zip file.
Once you have these installed, then upgrade to the last v1.20 version available dated 12/2018.
