Why MTS files are not supported by uPnP AV server?
« on: February 23, 2010, 07:08:11 AM »

I've noticed M2TS files are now supported by uPnP AV server but MTS files aren't, aren't they the same? I have tons of MTS files from my camcorder, to make them stream through uPnP AV server I have to rename them to M2TS first which is really inconvenient. After renaming them to M2TS files everything works flawlessly though.

Why not simply adding MTS to the list of supported extensions along with M2TS, that should be a very simple code change.

I have the same problem, it was supposed to be fixed in 1.08.

Expect to wait a year for the next firmware, or keep on renaming!
