Title: wireless connection.
Post by: willow127 on October 02, 2016, 02:33:37 PM
I have two other cameras, This is a new camera and I can not get it to connect wireless.
Using My dlink setup wizard I have tried selecting “wireless network”, and I have also tried using” Wi-Fi Protected setup”. I even tried by using http://www.dlink.com/xk/sq/support/faq/cameras-and-surveillance/mydlink/installation/camera/how-do-i-configure-my-cameras-wireless-settings.
I have also tried by using the account for the router, Linksys WRT1900AC.
It does work plugged in to the router. I have up-dated the software and added it (wired) to my account.
How do get it to connect This is a new camera and I can not get it to connect wireless.

What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
How many other wireless devices do you have connected to the main host router?
